Usually we both know if your needs and budget and my skills and fee structure match. If it is a fit we can work via phone or in person (in the Boulder and Denver area). If not, I'm happy to direct you to other resources and colleagues that may better suit your requirements.

Career and leadership coaching services are usually by the hour or by the series. Sometimes all that's needed is a jump start so a few one-hour sessions are sufficient and sometimes the work is more involved so a three month (three times a month) series is best to start. For facilitation, team coaching and consulting gigs it's more like days, weeks, and months and I'm happy to work in and out of Colorado. I subcontract with a few training and consulting firms and am open to new, aligned partnerships.

I'm also very big on value-exchange and impact so as long as you are experiencing benefit it's a sweet deal for both of us.
