My group coaching approach to facilitation enables the inherent brilliance of each participant to come alive. Following a co-designed meeting framework, we play in the moment, honor the creative process (which sometimes means hanging out in discomfort until an idea pops), and stay focused on desired results.

Together, we explore compelling concepts, experiment with new ideas, face challenges, and utilize practical tools and interactive exercises to achieve meeting goals. When participants are fully engaged, eyes light up, ears open, hearts expand, brains fire up, and possibilities grow!
